We’re looking for a more dynamic inventory management tool which is easy to manage.
I would highly recommend looking at the new Orderhive 2.0, with a strong customer support and development team, its very inexpensive, extremely rich and most important feature is improving on a daily basis.
Based on our experience Sellercloud is pretty good solution, they have some very interesting reporting tools, the order management is very good especially when linked to their Shipbridge shipping platform. Their team is very attentive and they are always keen to build missing features that you find.
Zoho was obviously the best fit. The CRM is solid, plenty of ecosystem flexibility, and price customizability. We’d have to “design” the mfg component, but I’ve been studying it and it’s apparently doable. My main element is the CRM. I need all the data about the customer in one location. Zoho had the best match to our needs when I was reviewing it.
